We also provide the option of using HICAPS to pay for dental treatments, which has proved very popular with many of our patients in the last few years. If you choose this method of payment, you can save time in attending health insurance offices to claim rebates, or waiting for rebate cheques to arrive.
All you need to do is bring along your health insurance card when you come in for treatment, and we’ll use this to make an immediate claim to your insurer. Health insurance companies don’t permit the manual entry of patient details, so it’s important that you always remember to bring your card for this reason.
Once the claim has been made, all you have to do is settle the balance with us, which can be done via any of the above methods. If you require dental treatment at any of our practices, we’ll always tell you upfront how much everything will cost, so you’ll be fully informed and can prepare for this from the outset. You can then check beforehand with your health insurer about what your rebate entitlement will be for any future treatment.
Payment plans
We understand that dental treatment can be expensive, which is why we provide a wide range of payment options. If you’re looking for high-quality dental work without compromise but are concerned about upfront costs, we offer payment plans for services of $500 or more through the Denticare payment solutions.
Denticare payment solutions offers a six-month direct debit plan (six equal payments) After the 20% deposit and set up fee of $39 is made, you will have the choice of having the payment debited via your bank account or charge to your credit or debit card each month.
